Physical Security
Our physical guarding division offers services ranging from standard stationary security. Our officers are well trained and registered with PSIRA as Security Officers. Our guards were further trained for other critical skills such as Health and Safety, First Aid, Customer Relations, Fire Prevention and are all deployed according to skills and customer requirements.
Security Officers are also monitored directly by Site Inspectors, who visit frequently to ensure presence as well as preventability. Our team of Operation Managers who report to our directors, support this guarding structure within the framework of an ISO managed, quality control programme.

Chase also manages and escalates incidents to ensure they are followed up timeously, and full feedback is provided. Comprehensive reporting on statistics based on incident type, location and site and more is used to understand and manage risk in detail.
